Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company in the Internet and eCommerce industry is looking for a Senior Product Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the company's strategic goals and user needs
• Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data analytics, to successfully deliver product initiatives from ideation to launch
• Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a consumer-facing mobile app or web platform
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile development
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and making a positive impact in the LGBTQ+ community
• Experience with mobile app development or web-based platforms
