Position Responsibilities

Conduct market analysis and stay ahead of competitive and industry trends
Set the direction and maintain product roadmaps
Manage a product line through its life cycle

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of B2B product management experience required with strong preference in Call Center (CCaaS), VoIP and Carrier/telecommunications fields
Experience within a SaaS company required
