Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the product management of Business Plus ERP modules, including Fund Accounting, Procurement, Invoicing, HR, and Payroll
• Work directly with customers to identify issues and enhancements, driving retention and customer satisfaction
• Assist in driving best practices in product management and Agile methodology throughout the organization

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of prior experience in a product management role
• Previous product experience with ERP or financial/accounting products
• Excellent understanding of Agile Values and Scrum Methodology
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Experience with business analysis or requirements gathering
