Senior Product Manager - Absence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager Absence Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap for leave and absence experience
• Expand and improve the experience for both employee and employer users
• Oversee maintenance of existing solutions to ensure a consistent, compliant, end-to-end experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in absence management, ideally with experience in human-centered design across digital and assisted channels
• 5+ years of product management experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in SaaS, HCM, claims, or digital platforms
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product initiatives in an Agile environment
• Proven skills in product strategy, user-centered design, requirements analysis, and competitive assessment
