Senior Product Manager, Accounting

Job Summary

Owning the product vision and roadmap for trust accounting, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Accounting will drive delivery of features that enhance financial workflows while collaborating with engineering, design, and customer success teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product vision and roadmap for trust accounting workflows, ensuring compliance and improving monthly accounting processes
• Oversee the end-to-end experience for accounts payable and receivable, focusing on enhancing speed, accuracy, and transparency
• Collaborate with the AI Pod to identify and implement automation opportunities within accounting functions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2 years in PropTech or property management software
• Strong understanding of property management accounting fundamentals, including trust accounting and owner disbursements
• Proven ability to manage both product strategy and execution effectively
• Experience with AI/ML product initiatives and familiarity with automation in accounting
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with modern product tooling and analytics tools
