Senior Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead the definition, delivery, and scaling of AI-powered capabilities across its platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategic roadmap for AI capabilities, including foundational services and user-facing features
• Define goals and milestones for AI features, balancing feasibility, impact, and complexity
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use-cases across products

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on machine learning and generative AI
• Proven success in delivering predictive/generative AI features within enterprise software
• Strong technical understanding of ML and AI concepts, including model training and LLMs
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and ecosystems such as AWS SageMaker and Snowflake
• Experience in domains like Payroll, Finance, HR, or Compliance is a plus
