Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, particularly in growth, customer success, or AI systems
• Experience launching and scaling products, with a focus on measurable impact
• Familiarity with SaaS customer lifecycle metrics such as activation and retention
• Technical fluency in working with ML engineers and understanding data models and APIs
• Proven ability to operate effectively across various teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
