Senior Product Manager - AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of data products, AI/ML systems, and automation initiatives focused on Patient Experience and Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the Data & AI product strategy and roadmap by partnering with business leaders
• Lead end-to-end product discovery and define clear product requirements and success metrics
• Ensure data products meet regulatory and compliance requirements while championing data quality and governance

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in data products or AI/ML systems
• Demonstrated domain fluency in Patient Experience and Commercial Operations
• Strong technical acumen, including querying data and working with ML/MLOps
• Experience shipping LLM-powered or AI products with familiarity in modern data stacks
• Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare or life sciences
