Senior Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI Strategy & Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess products and workflows to identify opportunities for AI-enabled processes and define outcomes
• Collaborate with product managers to integrate AI into their roadmaps and workflows
• Run experiments to evaluate AI performance and maintain backlog hygiene for AI-related tasks

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and shipping AI products that address real-world problems
• Deep knowledge of AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Experience in designing and running evaluations to validate AI performance
• Understanding of Property & Casualty insurance or similar regulated industries is a plus
• Ability to adapt to changes in technology and data-driven environments
