Job Summary

Senior Product Manager, AI, is a full-time position responsible for leading the development of an AI-powered customer experience platform, collaborating with engineering teams, and establishing best practices in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development for the AI platform and customer experiences
• Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality and customer satisfaction through experimentation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a startup
• Proven interest in modern LLM systems and regulated production environments
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards
• Experience in turning complex strategic ideas into scalable products
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis for validating hypotheses
