Senior Product Manager - AI

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of AI-powered automation capabilities, the full-time Senior Product Manager - AI will own the product strategy and roadmap, conduct customer engagement, and drive cross-functional execution in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for AI automation features, defining measurable outcomes and aligning initiatives with company goals
• Conduct deep customer discovery to identify unmet needs and translate insights into actionable product opportunities
• Drive execution with engineering, data science, and design teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with enterprise AI/ML products in a SaaS B2B environment
• Demonstrated experience in taking AI features from concept to production, including model integration and post-launch monitoring
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and emerging DevAI practices
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, with a background in computer science being advantageous
• Experience in consumer or mortgage lending software is a plus
