Senior Product Manager - AI

Job Summary

To support a growing AI practice, the full-time Senior Product Manager - AI will design and ship production-grade ML and LLM systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment to enhance client lifecycle experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement ML and LLM systems, ensuring they meet defined success criteria and are reliable in production
• Build evaluation infrastructure for systems, measure performance, and manage deployment and monitoring processes
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate operational challenges into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Production experience with classical ML and LLM systems
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in data warehouse environments
• Strong understanding of API integration and DevOps fundamentals
• Experience in prompt and context engineering, along with RAG and retrieval system knowledge
• A background in AI/ML, preferably with a CS or AI/ML academic track
