Senior Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Driving the development of an innovative AI platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will lead end-to-end product initiatives, partner with engineers to design effective strategies, and serve as a technical translator within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development for the AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap to rollout
• Collaborate with engineers to design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks that balance latency, cost, and accuracy
• Drive systematic improvement in answer quality and automation rates through rigorous experimentation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Proven interest in modern LLM systems
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards
• Experience in translating complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and data-driven decision-making
