Senior Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Leading the development of an innovative AI platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will manage end-to-end product initiatives, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive improvements in customer experience remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire development process for the AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap creation to rollout
• Collaborate with engineers to design effective prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks while maintaining a balance between latency, cost, and accuracy
• Act as a technical translator between engineering and the broader organization, establishing best practices and standards for AI implementation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management within a fast-paced startup environment
• Demonstrated interest and expertise in modern LLM systems
• Proven ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards effectively
• Experience transforming complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis to support decision-making and hypothesis validation
