Senior Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Leading the development of an innovative AI platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will manage end-to-end product strategies, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive improvements in customer experience and automation, all within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete development lifecycle of the AI platform, from roadmap creation to product rollout
• Collaborate with engineers to establish prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks that optimize performance metrics
• Act as a liaison between engineering and other departments, promoting AI best practices and platform standards

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Demonstrated interest in modern LLM systems and AI technologies
• Proven ability to navigate technical trade-offs and implement AI platform standards
• Experience translating complex ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis to support decision-making processes
