Senior Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

To drive AI product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager, AI will manage a small team of AI and data engineers, overseeing the development of AI-powered features and ensuring deep integration within the mortgage Point of Sale system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI product strategy and roadmap, focusing on document intelligence and workflow automation
• Directly manage AI and data engineers, setting direction and removing blockers to foster team development
• Coordinate across engineering and product teams to design and ship production systems efficiently

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products in production
• Proven experience shipping AI-powered features from problem definition to model deployment
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with ML engineers
• Experience managing or mentoring AI engineers or data engineers directly
• Fluency in data engineering concepts, including pipelines and data quality
