Senior Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Leading the development of AI-driven customer experiences, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will manage the end-to-end process of the Agentic AI product, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance automation and customer satisfaction in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences from roadmap creation to rollout
• Collaborate with engineers to design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks, ensuring a balance between latency, cost, and accuracy
• Serve as a technical translator between engineering and the organization, establishing AI best practices and standards

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as technical product management or forward deployed engineering at a fast-paced startup
• Strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs
• Proven track record of transforming complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to analyze data to validate hypotheses
• Experience navigating technical trade-offs and implementing AI platform standards
