Job Summary

Leading AI initiatives across the organization, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will manage opportunity analysis, product development, and cross-functional coordination to drive impactful AI-driven transformations in healthcare while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth opportunity analysis for AI initiatives, including business case development and feasibility assessments
• Drive product expansion and translate insights into scalable features, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational needs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions and manage rollout plans for successful implementation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, data science, or AI-related roles, preferably in healthcare or operational technology
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Experience with data-driven decision-making, including business case development and opportunity sizing
• Familiarity with AI/ML techniques and healthcare industry operations is preferred
