Senior Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Leading the development of an innovative AI platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive improvements in customer experience and automation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development for the AI platform and customer experiences, from initial roadmap to rollout
• Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and establish AI best practices
• Drive systematic improvement in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through experimentation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as technical product management or forward deployed engineering
• Strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs
• Proven track record of transforming complex ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis to validate hypotheses
• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions about API design and system architecture
