Senior Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end development of a customer-facing AI platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will manage product roadmaps, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive improvements in automation and customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and rollout of the AI platform and customer experiences
• Collaborate with engineers to design prompt strategies and establish AI best practices
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality and automation rates through experimentation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role, such as technical product management or forward deployed engineering
• Strong understanding and passion for AI systems, including modern LLMs
• Proven ability to translate complex ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis for validating hypotheses
• Experience navigating technical tradeoffs and implementing platform standards
