Senior Product Manager - AI

Job Summary

Owning the internal AI product surface end to end, the full-time Senior Product Manager - AI will run discovery across the company, prototype AI agents and automations, and manage the transition from prototypes to production systems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to map workflows and identify automation opportunities across various departments
• Prototype initial versions of AI agents and automations using AI tools to create effective requirements documentation
• Define quality metrics and ensure ongoing project momentum by managing blockers and project scopes

Required qualifications

• Professional software engineering experience with a solid understanding of security risks in AI systems
• Experience owning a product end to end, with a background as a technical founder, founding engineer, or PM
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including shipping LLM-powered systems
• Strong business acumen to identify automatable processes in finance and sales
• A proven track record of building products or tools from the ground up
