Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end vision for Boulevard's AI Receptionist suite, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager, AI will set the roadmap for AI-powered client communication, drive adoption and business outcomes, and represent customer insights to enhance user trust and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Set the vision, roadmap, and success criteria for the AI Receptionist product, focusing on seamless client interactions
- Define standards for AI-powered client communication, ensuring continuity and effective handoffs between AI and human staff
- Own business outcomes related to revenue, adoption, and retention, collaborating on product metrics and pricing strategy
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of product management experience in B2B2C or both B2C and B2B environments
- Experience in shipping AI-powered products, with a strong understanding of user trust and AI behavior
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and prompt design to effectively collaborate with engineering teams
- Strong voice-of-customer instincts, particularly in designing for users skeptical of automation
- Data fluency with the ability to define metrics and perform analysis to support product decisions
