Senior Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for AI, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will work remotely to define AI skills, prioritize product backlogs, and enhance broker workflows through innovative AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for AI, determining the skills to be developed and their implementation order
• Engage with customers to validate workflows and integrate insights into the product roadmap
• Define quality standards for AI skills and manage the evaluation sets for each release

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including 1-2 AI/ML or LLM-powered features shipped
• Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Replit
• Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviews and translating insights into priorities
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality software
• Technical proficiency to discuss model, data, and latency trade-offs with engineers
