Senior Product Manager AI
Job Summary
To define and scale an AI-Native Product-Led Motion across the AI-native ITSM portfolio, the full-time Senior Product Manager AI will own the customer journey from initial interaction through activation, adoption, and enterprise-scale value realization, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI-Native Product-Led Motion strategy to drive adoption and growth
- Own the AI customer journey from discovery to enterprise-scale value realization
- Partner with feature teams to ensure new AI capabilities are designed with telemetry and discoverability from day one
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, or workflow automation
- Proven experience in defining and executing Product-Led Growth strategies
- Deep understanding of product telemetry, usage analytics, and customer journey optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer behavior into product strategy and measurable outcomes
- Experience designing activation journeys and customer engagement strategies
