Senior Product Manager, AI
Job Summary
Leading the product vision and strategy, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will manage the development of personalization systems and a customer-facing AI experience, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance user engagement and retention in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the end-to-end personalization roadmap, including recommendations and predictive preferences
- Ship high-impact personalization features by partnering with engineering and ML teams to design and iterate on models
- Build and own the product vision for a customer-facing conversational AI experience from concept to launch
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in personalization, ML/AI products, or similar domains
- Experience with LLM-powered products or conversational AI, including hands-on 0-1 product development
- Strong analytical skills and technical intuition to collaborate with ML and infrastructure teams
- Proven track record of driving complex products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to own customer-facing frontend product surfaces from UX vision through launch
