Senior Product Manager (AI)

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of a key AI product area, the full-time Senior Product Manager (AI) will lead a cross-functional team to enhance the AI Receptionist, focusing on improving patient interactions and operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the AI product area across multiple communication channels
• Continuously improve AI product quality through experimentation, evaluation, and iterative development
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions while ensuring patient safety and privacy

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, with at least 2+ years as an AI PM shipping AI/ML-based products in production
• Strong understanding of modern AI products, including their evaluation and continuous quality improvement
• Experience in an experimentation-driven product environment, forming hypotheses, and making evidence-based decisions
• Professional proficiency in both Russian and English, with experience communicating with native speakers
• Ability to work CET/CEST overlapping hours and comfortable with a long-term B2B contractor model
