Senior Product Manager, AI
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end product life cycle, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will develop AI-enabled capabilities and workflow automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for AI capabilities, translating customer needs and technical possibilities into clear product priorities
- Partner with engineering to design, test, and launch AI-enabled features, ensuring user-centric solutions and compliance with operational standards
- Conduct customer discovery and market assessments to inform product decisions and improve workflows across screening and compliance operations
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or related domains
- 1 to 2+ years of experience shipping AI/ML or automation products
- Ownership of at least one AI-powered capability, such as a co-pilot or intelligent workflow
- Strong technical fluency in AI concepts, including LLMs and prompt design
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
