Senior Product Manager, AI
Job Summary
Owning a defined slice of the product roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will manage the end-to-end process of AI-driven document analysis for real estate transactions, focusing on output quality and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, including scoping, release, adoption, and iteration
- Define and measure output quality for AI-drafted expert work, building evaluation and scoring approaches
- Design and run rigorous experiments to validate changes in AI behavior and improve model performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software development
- Proven track record in shipping AI or ML features with a focus on output quality
- Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python
- Experience in building evaluation approaches for AI outputs
- Knowledge of the real estate, title, or escrow industries is a plus
