Senior Product Manager, AI & Automation
Job Summary
Owning the product layer of internal AI functions, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI & Automation will identify high-value workflows for AI implementation, develop prototypes, and partner with engineering to create scalable solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Run rapid discovery to identify workflows where AI can drive significant improvements
- Own V1 development end-to-end, using no-code and low-code tools to create and validate prototypes
- Partner with AI Ops Engineer to systematize successful prototypes into reliable production-grade tools
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of product management experience with a focus on building AI tools and automation workflows
- Strong intuition for large language models (LLMs) and experience with LLM APIs and workflow automation tools
- Experience redesigning workflows around AI for operational efficiency
- Technical fluency to independently build V1s and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes and understanding operational workflows in a B2B SaaS context
