Key Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of the member journey into a seamless, AI-first care experience
• Translate clinical workflows and decision-making into product experiences and AI behavior
• Own metrics across engagement, retention, and clinical adherence to improve user experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer or SaaS products
• Direct experience in healthcare or care delivery environments
• Strong track record owning end-to-end user or patient experiences
• Experience working on or alongside AI-powered products
• Proven ability to work closely with clinicians to translate care pathways into product systems
