Senior Product Manager, AI Coaching

Job Summary

Leading the product development for the AI Coaching experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI Coaching will drive the roadmap, ensure member trust, and implement measurement practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the AI Coaching roadmap by integrating member insights, behavior science, and business goals into actionable features
• Design and implement trust-building mechanisms and human-in-the-loop moments for member safety and confidence
• Establish a robust measurement practice utilizing clean experiments and relevant metrics to inform key decisions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in shipping consumer products, preferably on mobile platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI or LLM-powered features, understanding the complexities of accuracy and member trust
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Braintrust, Mixpanel, Looker, or Snowflake
• Understanding of behavior change principles and the distinction between coaching and clinical care in a regulated environment
• Experience with the Medicare population or in B2C health, wellness, or fitness sectors is a plus
