Senior Product Manager, AI Coaching

Job Summary

Driving product development for AI Coaching, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI Coaching will lead cross-functional teams to create impactful features that enhance member engagement and behavior change in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the AI Coaching roadmap by translating member insights and business goals into actionable product features
• Design and implement safety measures and trust-building elements to enhance user confidence in AI interactions
• Establish a robust measurement practice to support data-driven decision-making and experimentation

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in shipping consumer products, preferably in mobile applications
• Hands-on experience with AI or LLM-powered features, understanding the complexities of AI implementation
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Braintrust, Mixpanel, Looker, or Snowflake
• Experience in behavior change design within regulated environments, particularly in healthcare
• Familiarity with the Medicare population or B2C health and wellness sectors is a plus
