Senior Product Manager, AI Education

Job Summary

Owning the full strategy and roadmap for the Professional Development suite and AI Professional Development products, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI Education will drive measurable customer and financial outcomes while leveraging AI-driven product innovation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product strategy and accountability for business results, including enrollment, revenue, and learner value
• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into practical learning experiences, ensuring continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
• Analyze customer insights and behavioral data to refine strategy, influence cross-functional teams, and drive go-to-market success

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of product management experience with a focus on measurable business outcomes
• Proven experience launching and scaling education or EdTech products
• Strong instructional design background with an understanding of learning theory and course lifecycle
• Experience with P&L ownership and financial forecasting in product management
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in product management, AI, or professional education preferred
