Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for Coach Copilot, the remote Senior Principal Product Manager, AI Healthcare will enhance health coaches' capabilities to deliver personalized care at scale, focusing on improving coaching interactions and increasing care team efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Coach Copilot, enabling high-quality, personalized care delivery
• Deliver AI-powered workflows and interventions that enhance coaching quality and drive better health outcomes
• Develop a deep understanding of clinical workflows and translate complex problems into intuitive product experiences

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or AI-powered products
• Proven track record of owning a product area from vision to value with measurable business impact
• Strong operational product thinking skills, with the ability to define clear strategies and actionable requirements
• Data-driven mindset, utilizing metrics to prioritize investments and iterate on product development
• Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams and manage the product development lifecycle end to end
