Senior Product Manager, AI Platform

Job Summary

Focused on building a foundational AI infrastructure, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI Platform will manage cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI capabilities for products, ensuring quality and trust while working remotely or from the Boulder, CO office.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the shared AI infrastructure for products, extending the existing RAG system
• Collaborate across product teams to drive adoption and shape AI capabilities in various products
• Define and measure quality standards across the platform, ensuring reliability and performance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in productizing AI technologies and building AI infrastructure
• Strong systems thinking and pattern recognition skills with a focus on simplification
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new technologies
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to production
• Ability to define and evaluate quality metrics for AI systems effectively
