Job Summary

To drive innovation in customer support, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager, AI Solutions will lead the development of intelligent agents and AI-powered experiences, focusing on enhancing user interactions across complex enterprise workflows.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the product lifecycle for AI-driven support tools, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
  • Define and execute multi-year AI product strategies that transform customer support through advanced technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance internal platforms and CRM solutions that streamline operations
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, particularly in customer support or mission-critical systems
  • Proven experience in building and launching AI-native solutions, including LLM-powered agents and conversational AI
  • Deep expertise in enterprise systems and CRM tools, with a preference for experience in Zen Desk
  • Strong foundation in human-centric design principles and user experience optimization
  • Ability to leverage data and user research for informed product decision-making and impact measurement
