Senior Product Manager, Aviation

Job Summary

To define and grow Flock's aviation product portfolio, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Aviation will manage the development of an autonomous drone platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with customer needs and regulatory requirements in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of aviation customers, workflows, and user personas
• Translate regulatory, market, and competitive dynamics into product strategy and roadmap priorities
• Partner closely with Engineering to run technical projects and make informed tradeoff decisions

Required Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in complex, technical environments
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces and convert incomplete information into clear strategy
• Demonstrated success partnering with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs and execution
• Ability to learn and navigate domain-specific regulatory constraints
• Interest in or experience with aviation, autonomous systems, or drones is preferred
