Senior Product Manager B2B

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and development of B2B sourcing products, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager I, B2B will manage the full product lifecycle, collaborate cross-departmentally, and optimize customer experiences to drive engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product planning and execution for complex B2B product lines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Define and manage the B2B product roadmap, influencing investment decisions and resource allocation across departments
• Lead cross-functional agile product teams to deliver innovative features and capabilities while executing go-to-market strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in B2B HR technology or enterprise SaaS
• Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives and shipping major products at scale
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights from data and customer feedback
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development tools such as Jira and Figma
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias to action and ability to navigate ambiguity
