Senior Product Manager - BFSI

Job Summary

Owning the entire product development process, the full-time Senior Product Manager - BFSI will define product strategy, oversee the build of a critical SaaS solution for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector, and lead commercialization efforts in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact
• Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, providing strategic guidance on UI/UX design
• Execute Go-To-Market strategies and support sales teams as the strategic product expert

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BFSI consulting or product development in financial services and insurance
• Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products and driving revenue growth
• Experience with banking workflow solutions, data management, and automation technologies
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive cross-functional alignment
