Senior Product Manager, Bioactive Ingredients

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Bioactive Ingredient Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target product profiles for developing bioactive products, including claims, positioning, and pricing
• Project manage bioactive ingredient work streams from inception to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Identify new products and market access strategies to grow the bioactives business and maximize revenue

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food/Nutrition Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5 - 7 years of specific product management experience
• B2B ingredients experience is essential, preferably in health products or ingredients
• Food, beverage, and supplement sector expertise with knowledge of ingredients and innovation processes
• Proven track record of collaboration across departments to drive innovation and operational improvements
