Job Summary

Senior Product Manager, Bioprocessing Filtration is a full-time position responsible for managing a portfolio of laboratory-scale filtration products, driving innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global portfolio of laboratory-scale and process development filtration products, including lifecycle strategy and innovation roadmap
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify unmet customer needs
• Drive initiatives focused on revenue growth, margin improvement, and product positioning in the market

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product planning and lifecycle management
• Demonstrated success in a Global Product Management role
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret P&L statements
• Proven track record of launching new products from concept to market introduction
