Senior Product Manager, Bioprocessing Filtration

Job Summary

Driving innovation in laboratory products, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Bioprocessing Filtration will manage a global portfolio of lab-scale filtration products, ensuring alignment with customer workflows and facilitating the transition from lab to manufacturing in a remote capacity, preferably for residents in CT, MN, MA, or CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the global portfolio of laboratory-scale filtration products, including lifecycle strategy and innovation roadmap
• Lead product development initiatives that support early-stage process development and scale-up to manufacturing platforms
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and inform product strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product planning and lifecycle management
• Proven success in a Global Product Management role with a focus on portfolio strategy
• Strong capability in financial analysis and interpreting P&L statements
• Track record of launching new products from concept to market introduction
