Senior Product Manager, Bioprocessing Filtration

Job Summary

Driving innovation in laboratory products, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Bioprocessing Filtration will manage a global portfolio of lab-scale filtration products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and facilitating seamless transitions from lab to manufacturing in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product life cycle for laboratory-scale filtration products, including innovation roadmap and go-to-market strategies
• Champion initiatives for revenue growth, margin improvement, and product positioning, while delivering performance reports for data-driven decision-making
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and whitespace opportunities in lab-scale formats

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product planning and life-cycle management
• Proven success in a Global Product Management role with a strong portfolio strategy
• Capability to conduct financial analyses and interpret P&L statements related to product portfolios
• Successful track record of launching new products from concept through market introduction
