Senior Product Manager, Bioprocessing Filtration

Job Summary

Driving innovation in laboratory products, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Bioprocessing Filtration will manage a global portfolio of lab-scale filtration products, translating customer needs into scalable solutions while working remotely with a preference for candidates in CT, MN, MA, or CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global portfolio of laboratory-scale filtration products, including lifecycle strategy and innovation roadmap
• Lead development initiatives for new products that support early-stage process development and scale-up to manufacturing
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities in lab-scale formats

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product planning and lifecycle management
• Proven success in a Global Product Management role with a focus on portfolio strategy
• Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to interpret P&L statements
• Experience launching new products from concept through market introduction
