Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Group Product Manager, Broker Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end broker experience strategy and roadmap for the enrollment journey
• Lead and develop two PMs, ensuring high standards for product craft and execution
• Define success metrics and ensure product launches are adopted and trusted by brokers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing PMs
• Experience building B2B SaaS products used by frontline operators
• Strong product judgment and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional partners without relying on authority
• Comfort operating in regulated environments with compliance constraints
