Senior Product Manager - Brokerage

Job Summary

Owning the product vision and roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Brokerage will manage the trading platform and user experience remotely, prioritizing features based on trader needs and regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, incorporating trader feedback and compliance requirements
• Conduct product discovery and validation, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver features and track success metrics post-launch

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of product management experience in a brokerage, fintech, or regulated financial services environment
• Proven track record of managing a product roadmap from discovery to launch
• Experience working with compliance and regulatory stakeholders to design viable features
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Productboard
