Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager for Apache Iceberg & Open Table Formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and technical execution of Iceberg capabilities, including community growth and product integration
• Serve as the primary representative in the Apache Iceberg community, fostering relationships and driving external thought leadership
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align Iceberg strategy with the broader lakehouse and open-data platform vision

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in data infrastructure, databases, or analytics
• Deep familiarity with Apache Iceberg or comparable open table formats
• Experience in open-source community engagement and leading initiatives within similar ecosystems
• Strong technical fluency in lakehouse architecture concepts
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across various functions
