Senior Product Manager, Canada

Job Summary

Driving the international expansion of Merchant Central, the full-time Senior Product Manager for Market Expansion will lead efforts to integrate new strategic processors and establish a market-ready product for Canada, while also defining the roadmap for future UK/EU market entries in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the international expansion roadmap for Merchant Central, starting with Canada and extending to the UK/EU
• Lead the integration of new strategic processors, collaborating with engineering on specifications and configurations
• Define and track success metrics for each market launch, including partner adoption and product utilization

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS
• Proven experience launching a product in a new market, from research to adoption
• Hands-on product owner experience, including writing user stories and managing backlogs
• Strong understanding of payment localization and regulatory compliance across different markets
• Familiarity with AI tools for product work, including market research and documentation drafting
