Senior Product Manager, Card Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager, Card Use & Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the tokenization strategy to provide secure card usage options for customers
• Collaborate with Fraud teams to address spending roadblocks and enhance customer experience
• Develop self-service flows for replacement cards and improve card delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Product Management role
• Experience in the credit card or financial services ecosystem, focusing on authorizations
• Knowledge of card processors and networks, such as TSYS and Visa
• Experience working with Fraud or Risk teams to ensure account safety
• Demonstrated ability to manage defined product areas and influence cross-functional initiatives
