Job Summary
Leading the vision and execution of the Cards product portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager - Cards will oversee a team of Product Managers to deliver innovative payment solutions, including Commercial, Prepaid, and Secured Cards, while driving product strategy and market engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Cards product strategy and manage the full product lifecycle
- Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers and Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to identify market opportunities and influence product direction
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Payments, or Financial Services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven success in leading Product Management teams and developing product strategies
- Deep expertise in the card payments industry, including Commercial, Prepaid, and Secured Cards
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in card programs
